Are we free to choose our own destiny or are we all just puppets on a string? Can God know the future without controlling the future?

The word today is Foreknowledge –
It means “To know beforehand”
God is all-knowing. He knows everything before it ever…is a thing.
I like to think of this way…
When God makes a promise, he already kept it!
Some examples of Foreknowledge are:
-when God promised to bless the descendants of Abraham.
-God told Moses what would happen with Pharaoh.
-The New Testament is the fulfillment of Old Testament prophecy & foreknowledge.
Peter says “He was foreknown before the foundation of the world but was manifested in these last times for your sake.”
1 Peter 1:20 NET
Gods foreknowledge doesn’t have to be confusing, it can give you hope.
Because of Gods foreknowledge, you can honestly say, “I don’t know what the future holds, but I know who holds the future”
